Tim and Sean work to fulfill the wants and needs of each customer by providing two very important services.

• 3-D CAD drawings. 
  By using CAD programs, such as Sketchup, they are able to provide the client with quick, yet detailed drawings of their proposed project. Changes to the design can be made at this stage without adversely affecting the cost or schedule.  Usually it takes 2 or 3 revisions until the clients needs are met.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
    
  
• The Mock-up.
  
  By using less expensive materials to build a mock-up, or detailed example of complex trim details or cabinet layouts they are able to provide the client with a hands on real life example of their proposed project so that the client knows exactely what to expect.
